Hi, I'm Zosia! I'm a recent Tufts University graduate with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and philosophy. Next year, I'll be working towards an M.S. in Materials Science Engineering at Tufts. I'm originally from the Bay Area, CA, but have really enjoyed my time in Boston. My interests are in material science, sustainability, electronics, and manufacturing. I hope to leverage my engineering skills against environmental issues, while utilizing my philosophy background to be a better thinker, communicator, and more ethical engineer. Outside of my courses, I work at the university makerspace, Nolop, have been a TA for multiple classes, and assist the music department with sheet music inventory. During my senior year, I worked part-time at Transaera, an air conditioning startup. At school, I'm a trumpet on the Tufts Pep Band, a representative on the Interfaith Student Council, and a facilitator for Aro/Ace Space - a discussion group run out of the LGBTQ Center. I am an avid hiker and bicyclist, love baking and reading, and aspire to being an old cat lady.
